Complete Flat Refurbishment – Finished in Just 8 Days

Our latest flat refurbishment project is now complete — delivered on time and to an exceptional standard in just 8 days. The transformation includes new stone composite LVT flooring throughout the hallway and living areas, creating a modern and durable finish.

A stunning Matt Carbon kitchen with oak-effect worktops and LED under-cabinet lighting brings a sleek, contemporary feel to the space. Oak veneer fire doors were fitted with new handles, latches, and Perko latch door closers to meet current fire regulations.

To complement the new doors and flooring, all skirting and architraves were renewed for a clean, seamless look. We installed 22 new LED spotlights with custom switching options to create distinct lighting zones, and added 6 new double sockets to suit the planned furniture layout.

All existing electrical fittings were replaced with modern, regulation-compliant units. A new fuse board with full RCBO protection and an upgraded smoke alarm system were also installed, ensuring full compliance with current safety standards.

Following the extensive electrical and installation work, all walls and ceilings were carefully repaired, filled, and left ready for decoration.
